Shelly was on her lunch break when we came in, we didn’t have an appointment but we’re just curious if they were open or took walk ins.. She was more than happy to help! I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old and she was so sweet and patient!! She put bluey on, gave them lollipops and was talking to them.. 100% engaged! The 3 year old got a trim and the 2 year old got a hair cut and fade, they both have curly hair and she was so good with it. I recommend getting your babies hair cuts here always!! She gave me little bags for their locks and I’m so happy I get to keep their baby curls ❤️ Thank you!! ❤️
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know and we likely we won’t be back. Pros- kids love to play video games during service, one of the ladies does great on the kids Cons- they are always running late, they refused to do the part of the service my son specifically asked for that was included in the price (hair wash), acknowledging it is included but they weren’t going to do it or provide a discount for not doing it. It also took two separate people to do his haircut and when I got home, it was so incredibly uneven and unblended. I’d highly recommend cookie cutters as an alternative, as they are super consistent and don’t charge you for services they don’t do.
My kids have been to this location a few times and everyone has been awesome. Great haircuts and they're great with the kids. One of my kids has straight hair and the other is super curly and they both look good. We've also gotten some good curly hair advice here.
Shelby was amazing and incredibly patient with our first time big kid haircut for our little girl. She was very very kind and made the experience wonderful. Cannot recommend enough! Thanks!
We had the first haircut for our 2.5 year old son today, and it went so well! DJ was wonderful and engaged with our son. She did a lovely job cutting his tricky thin and curly hair, giving it great texture and a clean look. Our son loved the vehicles and getting to choose a show to watch. He didn’t want to leave and asked if we could come back so he can sit in the fire truck! We will definitely be back in a few months for the next appointment. We also received a little certificate, picture and lock of hair as a keepsake, and he got a balloon in his favorite color at the end which he loved. Thank you DJ for making his first haircut a good experience!
