My son's hair looks like I cut it myself. We've been to this location a few times, but after this horrible haircut we will not be returning. They told me they could fix it at 1:30pm which wouldn't work for us and no other accommodations were made other than come in Tuesday to fix it. I wasn't going to send him to school like that. Then kelsey or Chelsea I dont recall, offered a refund but I would still have to come in Tuesday which is crazy since it wasn't a cash transaction. Needless to say I had to pay someone else to fix his hair as best they could since it was literally butchered. They person who fixed his hair also agreed it was not blended and they did cut too much for the type of hair he has. You would think they kept notes on the haircuts for returning clients. Honestly, they do not seem the least bit concerned about messing up someone's child's hair. I considered shaving it. See pictures below. We booked with a Danielle Ramos.
Girl 1st haircut and mom cut. We had an amazing stylist named Kelsey who made the experience so enjoyable! My daughter is 3 and she can be sensitive, and I loved how Kelsey made sure her favorite show was on and that she felt comfortable. It didn't take long and both of our cuts were exactly what we asked for! My daughter went from nervous to smiling from ear to ear! Thank you Kelsey and Sharkey for making this experience great and doing her hair with those little clips! The 1sr haircut certificate and balloons are great additions.
Kelsey has been great with cutting my kid's her since moving here in 2024. We had no issues until one instance where we were running 10 mins late for his 30 mins appointment and was told by their front desk they had a 5 mins late policy and would have to reschedule which we were told no availability with her until after a few days. We've never been late before and it has never taken more than 15 mins to cut my kid's hair whenever we come. We've never even gotten a wash and blow dry just like described when booking online. This was really disappointing and we'll be going to a different place moving forward with my kid's haircut.
Kelsey was great. I chose to book with her because of her outstanding online reviews and the experience did not disappoint. I brought my daughter for her first haircut at 2.5 years old. She got to pick her car to ride in while she snipped and styled her hair. We got a lock of hair and a certificate with before and after photos. All around great experience for young kids.
This kids' haircut place is fantastic from start to finish. The moment you walk in, the fun and cute atmosphere sets the tone, and the staff is outstanding. My daughter had a great time; she felt truly special with her hair styled and cut and her nails painted. My husband and I wanted to pamper her before going back to school, and this place exceeded our expectations. From now on, it's our go-to spot for our kiddo.
