What can I say about Shefali that hasn't already been said? She is a magician who brings people alive in her photographs. We bought our first home last year and wanted to immortalize the moment. My parents were visiting, and it was the perfect chance to capture everyone together after so long. On a whim, I texted Shefali to see if she was available. I knew it was a long shot during peak holiday card season, but she not only agreed but she rearranged her schedule to make it work. When I realized I'd given her the wrong date and had to correct it, she was still willing to accommodate us without hesitation. During the shoot, she made everyone feel completely at ease. My parents are famously camera averse, especially my mom, who never smiles for photos. But around Shefali, she was genuinely happy and comfortable. Shefali made that day memorable for all of us. I can't wait to work with her again.

I have worked with Shefali twice now. The first time was a maternity photoshoot and the second time was a holiday shoot with my toddler and baby. I am so grateful for the photos and moments that were captured. Trying to do a family photoshoot is stressful, but she was able to engage the kids and take amazing pictures. The candid style and glowy edits are just beautiful and really capture the joy and love we have for each other. She is very talented and I look forward to working with her again!

Shefali has been our family’s photographer since my maternity shoot and I can safely say I refuse to go to any other photographer! We have had her conduct 4 different sessions and each of them have given us timeless photos that we have plastered all over our home! Shefali is so patient and understanding, and her ability to make you feel relaxed during the shoot is amazing. Our most recent shoot involved a very upset toddler and a hyper doggo, and I left thinking we probably had no good shots, and lo and behold, Shefali yet again created a masterpiece! Shefali is the absolute BEST!!! I started working with her when my 2 boys were about 3 and 5.... Dye to some unforseen traffic we were SO LATE (NOT recommended...) but Shefali was so lovely and kind and literally took some of my most treasured photos of me with my 2 boys and of the two of them!! (We hid some cookies in their pockets which made it even more fun!!). She has photographed my kids, myself, my parents for full family photos every year and every single year I think she can't possibly do better and she does!!! My mom has some pretty challenging health issues now and Shefali has not only understood how important these photos are to me, but shows up with such grace and patience every single year. I'm beyond grateful to Shefali for capturing exactly who we are but just a little more polished. She captures everyone's personalities perfectly and is such an amazing photographer and has become an amazing friend!! Newborn photos, family photos, kids, couples, and even individual photos.... She's a dream!!! Honestly I need to book with her now!!
