Terrible cut and service. Took my Toy poodle for a cut before Christmas. Despite giving the groomer clear pictures and instructions (fluffy teddy bear cut), he completely shaved him like a sheep and gave him a jarhead! My dog looked ridiculous and ruined our Christmas pictures. On top of this, it took 4 hours! I called and asked for a refund, was promised a call back but never received!

We have been taking my 11lbs Yorkie here for about two years now and cannot recommend it enough. The staff is super friendly and clearly care about the animals they’re working with. Incredibly easy drop off and pick up process. My little guys isn’t the best with other dogs and they keep great notes to know that when he’s done, to put him in a crate away from others so the little guy doesn’t hurt himself (LOL). Such a great spot - I can fully trust them with my Walter!!

We couldn't be happier with our first experience at Signal Hill Pet grooming! I went to several salons before choosing one to make an appointment at because it was going to be our puppy's first time. Right away I got a great feeling from this place the customers waiting outside said that I had picked the best grooming salon and they all highly recommended them and everybody was friendly. Our groomer ended up being Lorena and I could tell right away that Kovu was in great hands! She was so sweet with him and we are so happy with the haircut! She even left his little lashes which I forgot to ask for and I was so thankful that she thought about that on her own! We can tell that he had a great experience and seemed to love everybody that was there and they all seem to love him too! We will definitely be coming back!

I took my mini schnauzer hiccup there about 3 weeks ago and couldn’t be more pleased. They spent a good amount of time with me discussing the cut I wanted and resetting some of my expectations due to matting. They were very professional and I didn’t feel rushed at all. My dog is my child so I am the worst helicopter mom. He came out beautifully. They did the best cut he’s ever had. I didn’t think he could be any more handsome than he already was but he is! They have a lifetime customer in me!

I love coming here and I love that my dog looks amazing every time I come to get her! If they cut her too low somewhere they let me know she didn’t get the usual cut because she moved a lot and I respect it! My dog Sage has become much calmer when it comes to brushing and bathing at home and I think it’s because of the care she gets here. Love them!!!! Signal Hill Pet Grooming makes her a pretty Princess! Love it!
