Five stars for this place. The food delivered rich flavor thanks to Chef Carlos. Our server Isaac truly impressed with warm energy, close attention, plus care throughout the evening. This visit felt special from start to finish. Highly recommended.
Had dinner here on a Friday well before closing. Upon arrival we noticed the restaurant was not terribly busy with was a plus figuring service would be faster boy were we wrong. The server took our order and did not return once, a different server brought out our food. We have to flag a person down to get the check and observed our served just sitting at the bar or smoking, we waited for about half an hour. It really felt like we were bothering our server. The food was wonderful though. I would give it one more chance.
My experience did not mirror other reviews. Service was good and atmosphere was nice but the dish I had (creamy garlic chicken) was borderline inedible. I maybe should have gone with one of the dishes others recommended here but I asked the waiter and he said this was the most popular dish. Chicken was pounded thin and so rubbery/hard it was like eating slices of raw potato. Garlic sauce had no taste. Veggies and potato were fine but unseasoned. Really disappointed in this dish, hard to believe I was ever this when everything else looks so good.
Have you met Georgian food yet? You need to! Warm and cozy, bread butter and cheese, what’s not to love?! The restaurant itself is modern and minimal yet intimate and warm. The service is great and the cocktail list is strong. Still one of my most memorable meals!
Absolutely loved Sihana Bistro✨ Beautifully designed place cozy, stylish, and full of warmth. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I tried the Lychee Martini and Espresso Martini both were perfectly balanced and delicious. The food was outstanding the Khinkali - Georgian dumplings were juicy and flavorful, the Adjarian Khachapuri cheese boat was rich and comforting, and the Oyster Mushroom Salad was fresh and full of taste. A perfect spot for anyone who wants to enjoy great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
