Shadow is great! He was really flexible with me, his service went beyond his usual hours. I’m so thankful for his compassion. He left my dog Whiskey looking so cute. Whiskey is now shaved and fresh. Y'all look it how freaking cute they made my cats 😍😍😍 we are so excited and laughing so much at how adorable they are! They cried the whole way to the groomer, but were silent the ride back and had zoomies when they got home! This tells me they had a great time and feel so good with their new haircuts! The whole process was easy to set up. Good pricing for all they offered. Shadow is super knowledgeable and informed us of the process and had great communication overall. Super friendly guy, good vibes all around. Bless him!

Silky always does a great job on my dogs. I have a mini Bernedoodle and a Standard Parti Poodle (currently a puppy). Pictured is the poodle. They listen and adjust as needed. When I brought my Bernedoodle in with tons of matting after a surgery (my fault for not taking off the surgery suit), they did not shame me for all the matting. We discussed the best way to address and we decided on a shave. Even with a full shave she looked so much better than I thought she would. They take their time and do it right. Be prepared for your dog to be there most of the day, average is about 5 hours.
