Simon's knowledge of the human body is phenomenal. Since I started training with Simon a couple of months ago I haven't needed my weekly massage or had to rely on anti inflammatories to help with pain caused by muscular imbalance. I've been seeing PTs for the past 20 years and Simon is far and away the best I've trained with. He's also a super nice human and has great shoes 😂👍
In 2017 I began training with Simon after receiving a kidney transplant. Without Simon I would not have recovered mentally and physically as quickly as I did. Simon is a trainer that actually cares and makes you feel comfortable and confident. He tailors programs to your specific goals, your needs and your ability. In my first session he guided me through particular exercises to assess where my strengths and weaknesses were, and from there was able to develop a program which worked around where my body was at. He has regularly updated my program since then to improve in new areas and to adapt to new goals I set for myself. I encourage everyone out there regardless of skill, fitness or purpose to try training with Simon - you won’t be disappointed.
Simon is a great strength & conditioning coach and always provides a schedule to fit your needs and abilities! I would not go anywhere else for my Personal Training. I was not aware certain muscles in my body were not activating until Simon spent weeks working on strengthening those weaker areas. He is also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and knows how to accommodate for his BJJ clients' strength training where required.
I've been training with Simon for a number of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! He uses his depth of knowledge of the human body and how we move (or should move!) to build strength and improve mobility. He always listens and adapts workouts for what is going on with my body at the time, while also continuing to push my ongoing physical improvement. Can't recommend him highly enough!
Simon is a great coach. I've been seeing him for years, and have seen massive improvements in my strength, and the way my body moves, thanks to his guidance. Simon excels at working with you to develop programs to help get you to your goals. He's also great at developing programs which work around any limitations you might have in terms of physical ability, time available for training, or access to equipment.
