I signed up for a series of laser hair removal treatments with Simplicity Laser, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. I’m halfway through my treatment plan and already looking to cancel. Every appointment seems to bring a new technician, even though I specifically requested to see the same person each time. I don’t know if it’s turnover or scheduling issues, but it does not inspire confidence—especially for a long-term treatment where consistency actually matters. On top of that, they’ve canceled appointments at the last minute more than once. I live over an hour away, so those last-minute changes aren’t just inconvenient—they waste my time and money. Overall, the lack of reliability, lack of continuity in care, and poor communication have made this a frustrating experience. I expected a professional, well-run service, and that’s not what I’ve received. ETA: Now you are fabricating lies. I never missed an appointment due to a failed charge. My card was compromised and I had to call in with a new card number, but it never caused any missed appointments. When I did waxing, I was always able to have the same technician. It should be an option. Several of your technicians were not well trained, were awkward and in two cases, missed areas. I do appreciate you cancelling my service, even if it took negative reviews to make it happen.
The staff at the Jollyville location in Austin Texas is amazing. Everyone is so friendly knowledgeable it's never awkward. I've been coming here a very long time wrapping up in January of 2026 to be honest kind of sad that I won't be seeing their lovely faces.
