I called on a weekend evening after an unexpected issue at home, and they responded straight away. The technician arrived very quickly, which I really appreciated. He was extremely kind and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His calm and reassuring manner really helped put me at ease, and I now feel confident that it won’t be an ongoing problem. Excellent service, especially given how late it was.
