This was my very first facial ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I originally booked an acne facial since I’ve been breaking out recently (which is unusual for me), but Ana took the time to really assess my skin and realized what I actually needed was hydration. I loved that she explained everything she was doing step-by-step, so I always felt comfortable and learned a lot about my skin in the process. My face felt so refreshed and nourished afterward, and I could instantly tell a difference. Ana truly knows what she’s doing, and her care and attention to detail made the whole experience so relaxing. This place is absolutely heaven! I came in for a consultation, and as soon as I walked in I felt the peace and calmness. The lobby is beautifully decorated. I was serviced by Melissa. She gave me all the information I needed based on the condition of my skin. I wanted to remove some dark spots on my face that was causing discomfort since I am on camera quite often as a wellness coach, model and actress. Melissa recommended the radio frequency treatment so I went ahead and did it. She used a numbing cream to ease the pain, and even though I still felt a little discomfort, it was definitely manageable. She mentioned the recovery time to be between 3-5 days. Today I’m on day 10 and my skin looks healthy, even, and more glowy. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Melissa and your team for the amazing service! Highly recommend!
