Shawn was awesome! He came out same day right before a snowstorm to help us get our dryer hooked up after we attempted a DIY fix that almost started an electrical fire. SKK was one of many companies I called because the electricity stopped working in part of my mom's house impacting her ability to get heat on the eve of a winter storm.
