My kid loved it. Trampolines everywhere for a small space. I believe I saw 1 or 2 party rooms. I would recommend and we'll be visiting again.

No complaints. Purchased tickets using a Groupon, which was a great deal! Went around 12:30p on a Saturday during Thanksgiving break, felt like the kids had the place to themselves. It didn't get busy / crowded until 2p. Everything was in good condition and clean for the most part, including the restrooms. They weren't serving hot foods due to the ovens being broken but allowed outside foods for the time being. The staff were kind and helpful. The kids had fun and we had no issues. Definitely will be back, but wished they had a closer one near the city. Much love! Thanks!

Ace was a great party host! He was very proactive whenever we came to him with a need or a want. He was very sweet and attentive. However, I wish I could give him five stars because he was great but Sky Zone's policy is really weird when it comes to birthday parties.... You get there and you can't go into the party room for TWO HOURS. All of the parents who brought their kids were really annoyed by this and so were we. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website so it was disappointing. Especially since there wasn't anywhere to sit as all the tables were taken up by other people, so we all had to awkwardly stand around for 2 hours until we were able to go into our party room. All the kids had a great time - but parents..... Beware when it comes to actually throwing a bday party here.

I’m extremely upset about the experience my family had during my son’s 6th birthday visit. One of the management team members, Jada, followed me and my family around for nearly 45 minutes and repeatedly approached us even after the initial safety concern was already addressed. She first told us not to jump with our babies, which was understandable. However, after I stepped away to tend to my kids, she began cussing to another employee about me — not realizing I heard her. From there, she continued to follow me around. When I asked for her name due to how unprofessional she was acting, she pulled me aside again and tried to “apologize if she came off wrong,” but continued dragging out the situation even as I asked her to stop interrupting our time with our kids. I kept trying to walk away to de-escalate, but she continued approaching me, my sister, and then my boyfriend. We came to enjoy our child’s birthday, but instead we spent most of our time being approached, talked at, and missing out on the time we paid for. The employee she had been speaking to actually apologized to us for her behavior, and the general manager later apologized as well and gave us free tickets, which we appreciated. However, after this experience, we won’t be returning.

Researched events and prices before attending. Once we arrived and got the kids paid for we asked about the promotion that includes a glow shirt in the glow event ticket prices. The staff refused to honor the advertised promotion, and wanted to charge an extra $16.
