Great place fun and a lot to do. Just dont let your kids jump with their phone I went there at 1pm on a sunday... My son lost his phone in one of the many foam pits. Due to how busy it was they would not let me look for the phone and said if I want to come back hours later after closing to look for it I would be granted 30 mins to do so. Now I am waiting for a phone call and n9w find myself constantly reaching out to see if it has been found ... Not so much they're fault though

We always enjoy coming to this place. We’ve celebrated our kids’ birthdays here twice, and many of our friends have done the same. Overall, we’ve been here about 10 times and have never regretted it. It’s almost impossible to get the kids to leave 😄 — so much fun and such a great atmosphere. A big bonus is that parents can relax a bit while the kids run, jump, and have an amazing time

I paid full price for zero staff (literally only one person working the front desk and thats it) to help with the “staff only equipment” no silks were in operation, mats were broken, dangerous wooden boards were exposed in the toddler area, along with a deflated mat that could really hurt a child, no balls were available in the dodgeball area, the large balls were deflated, only one basketball in the area, the ninja course needs more air, the trampolines should be replaced (some had holes) other trampoline areas have exposed extra flaps that are a tripping hazard. I have owned gyms and worked at gymnastics facilities with set safety standards and ethical practices, this facility is unsafe and I shouldn’t have had to pay full price for my family when we didn’t get to use the whole facility. What a disappointment. I would never come here again nor recommend it. Instead go to an open gym at Monarchs gymnastics or similar.

Nice place to kill a few hours with kids. Pricey one time entrance but that’s like everything else in the area. If you live in the area the monthly membership is convenient The staff is useless when reality needed. A tall kid was bullying other kids and they didn’t do much, just a warning ☹️ No next time for us!
