My son had his 6th birthday party here today! I want to thank all the staff for easy check in! Friendly service and our host was amazing! She helped us with everything from decorating to serving and picking up! A HUGE THANK YOU! The even was great my son was super happy!
New management is awful. We have canceled our membership and won’t be back. They are anal about you wearing their branded socks and they must be recent. The claim safety policy that has never been enforced until now. Made us pay for new socks for a family of 4 despite the socks we were wearing being from that trampoline park just a few years old. I watched them do this to countless other families. I heard them yell at kids for not following rules to a T that were never enforced there previously. If you want to enforce rules, fine, but learn how to do so in a non rude manner. One employee yell across the building at a couple kids. They are kids, you don’t need to be a jerk to them. Calmly and quietly explain to them the rules, ya know, the ones that have never been enforced before. There are SO many other options for indoor play (catapult, big air, just to name a few) that it’s just not worth giving this place another try.
This was my first time at Sky Zone, but my 3-1/2 yr old grandson is an old hat at going as he's a member. I was VERY IMPRESSED at the activities available for kids of all ages here. My grandson always has a great time and continuously challenges himself to do hard and "scary" things. I thought the place was great!
Patronized Sky Zone for my GDaughter's 10th Birthday. It is definitely a place for the young and old. I didn't buy anything to eat or drink, well I bought my Gson a water, $5.... Kevin was very personable and went the extra mile to help my Family.
Super fun experience. I know these types of places are usually meant for younger kids but we had a group of people on their early 20s that went and it was tons of fun. Obviously there are lots of younger kids present so it’s important to be careful of your surroundings. That being said we were able to use all areas (except the kiddies playground lol) and still have lots of fun. It is definitely worth the cost!
