Discrimination complaint I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I recently received from the person who assisted me at the front desk. My English is not very good, and I am from Mexico. During my visit, the staff member repeatedly questioned me about my membership, which made me feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. I believe the treatment was different due to my accent and language limitations. Additionally, I have a child under two years old. On a previous visit, I attempted to pay for my child’s membership, and another staff member clearly informed me that it was not necessary due to my child’s age. Since then, I have visited many times with my child and have never had any issues. However, on this occasion, I was told that I needed to pay for my child’s membership. I want to make it clear that I do not have a problem paying if it is required, but the lack of consistent information and the tone of the interaction were inappropriate and confusing. I respectfully request that this situation be reviewed, that the policy regarding children under two years old be clarified, and that staff receive training to ensure respectful, clear, and non-discriminatory treatment
Still waiting on a call back from SEVERAL attempts to reach someone regarding a birthday party I scheduled online. I had to purchase separate invitations because I never received the “included digital invitations”. I’m afraid this party is going to be a nightmare if this is how little they care about paying guests. So glad I didn’t pay in full yet. If you guys want to reach out to me and actually take initiative to make this a great party for my two boys, I’ll change my review!!!! Cherry on top is we live in Terre Haute so all the guests are driving an hour to come. I will call corporate tomorrow if I don’t hear something before then!
Never, I mean NEVER, answer their phones. I reserved a party online and haven't been able to reach them. Who conducts business this way? Too many other options for them to be that lackadaisical about it. Pluses are the price and cleanliness so if you want to chance it without a confirmation up through a couple of days before the party, then all power to you.
It's not a bad place to bring the kids. The kids will have plenty of fun. There isn't much for adults to do with their kids here. So, if you were looking for somewhere to let the kids go play on their own this is for you. If you were looking for more family time, skip it. Food is what you expect from this type of place. Mediocre and expensive. Same with the restrooms. Try not to go if you can. Lastly, there's one area with no ladder where kids get stuck easily. Hope you don't have a bad back.
Busy! But fun, clean, staff available if needed. We had a 90min time slot which was more than enough time! Bring water!!!! Those kids get thirsty! Plenty of parking- I recommend doing online payment and waiver signing to not waste time while you're there. If you don't have the orange socks they are $6.00. The massage chairs are also da bomb! I almost fell asleep in one lol. $2/6 min!
