I came to Skyzone on 1/3/26 for my partner's birthday party and we had the best experience, all thanks to Dylan. We were immediately welcomed with warmth and positivity. He had the most wonderful attitude and it truly made our entire day! This man needs a raise!!!

I had an awesome experience at Sky Zone thanks to Dylan! From the moment we walked in he was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cool to talk to. He really made the whole experience fun you can tell he loves what he does and wants people to have a great time. Customer service like that is genuinely hard to find in most places, and Dylan absolutely stands out. If you’re going to Sky Zone, ask for him he’ll make your visit 100x better. Thanks for being amazing, Dylan! 👏🔥

I visited the trampoline park recently, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Dylan. From the moment I walked in, he gave me the best customer service I’ve had in ages. Super friendly, genuinely chatty, and he had me laughing within minutes. Being from the UK, I’m not always sure what to expect when I go new places over here, but Dylan made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. You can tell he actually enjoys his job and cares about the people coming in. Honestly, employees like him make the entire experience 10 times better. If you’re going to the park, hope you get served by Dylan — he’s an absolute legend. I wish him a very very good life and future

I went with my two daughters, ages 5 and 8, and I’m very disappointed. We arrived at 7:07 PM, and the person at the front, Dylan Nguyen, told me they close at 8. I explained that I work at Sky Zone in New Hampshire and had driven an hour just to try this place out for my kids. He told me to do the waivers and said he would “see what deal” he could give me since they were closing in less than an hour. However, he still charged me full price for both my daughters for an hour and a half, even though we could only stay for 48 minutes. He offered two free pairs of socks, which I didn’t really need since we already had our own, but I agreed so my kids could still have some fun. The place itself was also disappointing. There weren’t many things for younger kids to do, and there were lots of teenagers playing roughly. My daughters were scared to jump and ended up staying in the small kids’ corner with me for about 35 minutes before we left. Honestly, I will never go back again. I would never treat customers like this at my workplace. Charging full price when the place closes in less than an hour feels like a total rip-off. Very disappointed overall.

I bought the memberships for For each of my grandkids. And they love it, they can go anytime. They can stay there all day. If they want to my grandson, had his birthday party there, they had a blast. The employees there were fantastic. They were wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I've never seen employees go out of their way to make sure that my grandson had a great time.
