The management for Monterey Sky Zone is useless, requiring their branded socks while they dont have the right size. Very bad experience overall, staff dont not care about costumer service. They want your child on the trampoline while you stand outside. They are announcing for attend your children but you cannot go in. You will be better off with Great Mall trampoline
This place has really gone downhill, and places like Altitude are just better (bigger, cleaner, better maintained) than Sky Zone now. The food options are all packaged junk food, mostly super processed sugar. My kids made the most of their time but basically told me they don't want to come back.
Decent place to let kids jump to their heart's content. Really nothing else other than that. There are a few arcade games but nothing else to do but jump. 2 hours for about $36 ($29 general admission + $7 rmsocks) is a bit on the high end. Was hoping they have more activities other than just trampolines, but we had fun nevertheless. They also could use more seats for folks who just want to sit and watch.
It's a nice place for kids' fun and they love going there. I recently experienced only a small disappointment here. My kids received some "Free VIP passes" from a friend's birthday last months and when I went after some 1-2 months during my kids' school break to use those passes, I was told that they stopped accepting those due to some changes in policy. Upon being asked the detailed reason, the staff said it was because of some fraudulent activity noticed. Well, it's fair enough if so and considering that is one of their first clauses mentioned on such products that the "Policies are subject to change" at company's sole discretion, and so we have no choice but to accept it as is. But point us that such patterns tend to create a bad impression even amongst the young kids, who get upset if they don't get what was offered (if not promised). So either they stop providing such tempting free opportunities at all, /or try to give some kind of Free exchange offer of similar or lesser value- if can no more provide the same offer.
We had my son’s 9th birthday party here and he had an amazing time. Our host was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the whole event. We really appreciated the great service!
