Very, very dirty. Even the lobby area and main walking spaces were sticky, had old spills, and looked as if the floors hadn’t been tended to in weeks. Bathrooms were just as gross.

I took my son yesterday, and honestly, I think I’m more sore than he is! 🎢 The "Adults Jump Free" Perk This is the absolute game-changer. Most places make parents pay just to stand on the sidelines and hold the water bottles. Here, the parent add-on or "adults jump free" vibe makes it a true family activity. Instead of scrolling on my phone, I was actually in the pits with him. It turns "watching the kids" into "racing the kids through the Ninja Warrior course." 🧗 The Highlights • The Ninja Warrior Course: My son thinks he’s a pro; I realized my upper body strength is a work of fiction. 10/10 for the laughs. • Ultimate Dodgeball: There is nothing quite as humbling—or exhilarating—as dodging a foam ball thrown by a 10-year-old while bouncing 3 feet in the air. • The Workout: Forget the gym. An hour of "Freestyle Jump" burns more calories than any treadmill I’ve ever stepped on. My legs are definitely feeling it today! 💡 Pro-Tips for Fellow Parents: 1. Hydrate: You will sweat. The "Fuel Zone" has drinks, but drink a gallon of water before you get there. 2. The Socks: Don't forget your SkySocks if you have them from a previous trip, otherwise, you'll be buying a fresh pair at the door. 3. Timing: Going on a weekday or early weekend morning is the move if you want to avoid the "teenager takeover" that happens during the evening GLOW sessions. Final Thought: It’s rare to find a place where I can hang out with my son and actually be active with him. It’s loud, it’s chaotic, and it’s a total blast. We’ll definitely be back (once my calves stop screaming at me).
We recently had our 8 year olds birthday party here. The team and especially our party coordinator were awesome. We had an issue with food delivery being late and they stepped up and really helped us out of a jam. We will definitely be back. Great service and kids had a ton of fun.
Wonderful experience and the workers were very nice and helpful and this place is cheaper than Fenton and you get more time to jump my kids loved it
Absolutely loved this place! My whole family including myself and my husband went with our neighbors and their kids. I would recommend adults joining the experience with their kids...you'll be tired, but it is so much fun!! There is so much to do for everyone. We didn't purchase a party package but invited friends and family, even smaller kids attended. The older ones and adults played dodge ball, flipped, basketball, etc. Prices weren't as bad as they seem for the amount of fun everyone had.
