Sky Zone is super fun and I always have the best time ever. I love jumping high and playing the iwall. The place is big and cool and the workers are always nice to me. I wish I could come here everyday because of the dunking place they have.

We visited for the first time over the weekend. Let me start by saying I understand accidents happen but the way they handled it was not ideal. During one of the activities my 14 year old hit his nose causing it to start bleeding pretty severely. As he climbed out of the foam pit he noticed it and noted that he had gotten it on the foam and on the floor even due to his best efforts not to. He went straight to a staff member in orange who he said he struggled to get her attention saying “ma’am” “excuse me” multiple times before she acknowledged him. This could have been because it was loud or she was preoccupied, but she then alerted a staff member in a black shirt. He said “I have never seen so much blood” before escorting my son to the bathroom so he could clean himself up. When my son was done he himself came to find me. No staff member came to alert me of what happened, no one came to check in to make sure he got to me ok. I was shocked because his nose bleed was so bad it was down the front of his shirts and pants and he was walking through the building like that which was not only embarrassing him but I’m sure terrifying to other children he passed by. I even had to go to the snack stand to get him a bag of ice for his nose because that wasn’t even given to him. I have no idea if an incident report was filed as they did not go over it with him and no one came to talk to me. I am also not positive that the area was cleaned up properly because my son explained that kids were still playing in and around the foam pit this happened in. I feel like this whole situation should have been handled differently, especially clean up.

Yes the kids had a blast. But the staff for the parties are rude and don't want to do anything from the package bought. The staff ignore you and seem so down or angry about their job.

We had my grandsons 10th birthday here today and it was absolutely amazing!! Our room attendant Olivia was absolutely awesome she really did make sure we had everything we needed and the pizzas and pop were there before we were! We will definitely be back. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Took the boys to skyzone and we had a blast! Lots of fun to be had at this place! Had a bit of trouble with the lockers. Overall we had a great experience. I did get a splinter on the ramp you run up so be careful there. Also we wanted to get massages together and only one chair was working so that was a bummer. We took wacky photos in the photo booth and tried the hurricane machine. They loved it and I enjoyed watching them have fun.
