I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a discriminatory and very negative experience I had at your location today, Today at approximately 5:30 PM. Upon entering the store with my service dog, the cashier immediately and rudely stated, "No dogs allowed." I calmly explained that my dog is a service animal and provided her with the visible service animal badge. The cashier dismissed this information and my explanation entirely, demonstrating a clear disregard for federal regulations regarding service animals. Despite this unprofessional interaction, and because I had promised my son his cupcakes, I proceeded with my purchase. I was initially planning to also purchase a "puppy cupcake" for my service dog, but due to the cashier’s unacceptable attitude and violation of policy, I decided against it. I must stress that this incident entirely ruined my experience. While I normally enjoy shopping at your store, I greatly regretted giving your business my money this evening and will be taking my future business elsewhere. I expect appropriate action to be taken to address this serious lapse in customer service and service animal training.

Yummy cupcakes. Lemon is my favorite. Can't wait to go back and try more flavors. My family and I are lactose intolerant but we still enjoyed them very much. I hope more places can begin to use ingredients for those who are lactose sensitive.

Moving from Houston, we were thrilled to discover a Smallcakes location in Corpus. Our family adores the wedding cake flavor, a perennial favorite at our kids' birthday parties for the past five years. However, it was disappointing that the staff couldn't accommodate customization requests like writing on the cake board. I understand that the locations are owned by different people and they set their own rules but very odd to me as it was a simple request and they have the frosting and tools for it. Nonetheless, opting for a plain cake and cupcakes allowed us to personalize it ourselves, which turned out wonderfully. If you're not much of a baker, decorating it yourself is a viable option. For those curious about our decoration details, we used black fondant and star cutouts for the stars, purchased a Vader head, mini lightsabers, and candle on Amazon, and sprinkles from Walmart.

We first went to small cakes precovid and were immediately hooked. Buying cupcakes weekly. In recent years we only go occasionally, but we are still in love with their amazingly soft and moist cakes and all the fun flavors. Everytime we want cake, smallcakes is the first place that comes to mind. My absolute favorite was the blueberry lemon. My husband's favorite was the Boston cream pie. They are huge and delicious. Lately they've been selling mini bite sized ones and those are so great too, the perfect quick snack. They even have puppy cakes for our dogs!

Dieses Lokal verkauft die besten und leckersten Cupcakes, die ich je hatte. Es gibt eine Cupcake-Sorte, nach der ich total verrückt bin und die ich besonders liebe: den Zitronengeschmack. Die schmecken so gut. Schon beim Schreiben davon bekomme ich sofort wieder Lust auf eines – lecker. Ich habe meinen Fellnasen einen puppy cupcake gekauft, sie haben ihn auch geliebt. Sie wedelten mit dem Schwanz und wirkten vor Freude begeistert.
