The staff was incredibly kind for our first visit to Smart Dog grooming! They were so knowledgeable and gave great advice. They cared so well for my pup and she came back so happy! Her coat was beautiful and they sent me photos during her care with them!!
We have been bringing our Vizsla, Trinity, to Smart Dog for nearly a year now. We absolutely love this place. Every day, Trinity is so happy come to Smart Dog to get to hang out with her friends and the staff. It makes it easy to drop her off because it’s the one place she doesn’t get separation anxiety from us. She then leaves having had a full day of playing and training. We can tell they keep a super close eye on her throughout the day and keep us updated if anything seems off. They have taught her how to play kindly with other dogs and she is now super well socialized. Whenever we take her to the park and she meets other dogs, she is very friendly but has a healthy sense of caution. We appreciate their early hours and the option for late pick up (8:30pm) if we end up having to stay late at work. They will also help us with any training advice we need, which has been plenty as Trinity has grown up. We also find the location is so fantastic, being close to downtown, but still having a facility with lots of space. Would highly recommend Smart Dog to anyone looking to find a daycare for their dog in Dallas.
I’m a brand new client, and I’m already in love! The entire staff is so kind and patient. I have a 9-month-old standard poodle who’s been groomed elsewhere for over $200—and the results didn’t come close to what we got here. They're affordable, and Amber is amazing! She really took her time, made sure she understood exactly what I wanted, and ensured my pup was totally comfortable. She looks exactly like the picture I showed her. The cutest poodle cut ever. What’s normally a stressful experience for both of us turned out to be seamless. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I truly value great service and quality results—and this place delivers both exceptionally.
This place was a Godsend! I have a very active and temperamental husky mix and they were for sure up for the challenge! My babygirl is a "hoodlum" and they protected and took such great care of her. My big boy is a gentle giant, so 1 knew he would do well! Angela, Laura and the entire staff at Smart Dog Dallas did an amazing job! I hope Lola didn't scare them too much, because this place is now my go to!! Thank you all for doing such an great job!!
We have been going to Smart Dog for daycare for several months and my dog absolutely loves it! As soon as we pull up to the building he immediately starts scratching at the car window excitedly trying to get out to go play! It makes us so happy knowing he gets to play with friends in a safe environment. We utilized the Smart Dog Spa for the first time today for grooming and are so happy with the results! He looks and smells great and his coat is so soft and shiny. We will definitely be using them again. The staff at both the daycare and spa are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am a crazy over protective dog mom and I feel so at peace with him there. Highly recommend!
