Had my iPhone 14 pro max fixed. Came in with a broken display and back glass, and Smartphone Repair Hub got it fixed in a really amazing time frame of two hours at a very reasonable price. Amazing customer service. Will definitely visit them again.

Horrible experience. Went in on Saturday, 30th November 2025 to get an iPhone 16 Pro Max screen replacement. They charged me $615, and when I came back to pick it up, the phone wasn’t fixed. I was told to return on Tuesday. On Tuesday, they sent me to their other shop in the city and claimed it would be done in 15 minutes. When I got there, I was told it needed to go to a workshop instead. I waited over an hour with my 3-month-old baby, only to get back a phone that was glitching and not working properly. The staff clearly have no idea what they’re doing—I was hung up on three times. I was also told it was a genuine Apple screen, but it wasn’t. Scammers with terrible customer service. If you read their “5-star reviews,” many look paid for or fake—they all say the exact same thing. My phone only had minor water damage and was still working before, and now the “new” screen is worse. The next day, I got a phone call asking me to remove my 1-star reviews in exchange for fixing my phone immediately. He even messaged me saying tha la for the nice gesture. I was promised priority service and told a new screen would arrive the next day. Since I was going on holiday, they assured me it would be done the moment I got back. Now that I’ve returned and messaged them, it’s just more excuses and delays. DO NOT GO HERE. They do not stand behind their work, they mislead customers, and they try to bargain repairs for positive reviews. Avoid this place completely.
