My experience here was so wonderful and the food was amazing! I had a hard time picking out what I wanted since there was a lot of options for me to pick. I ended up asking a worker what she likes to eat here and she said the smash fries are good along with the sandwiches that I didn’t know i could customize myself! Her name was i believe riya? she was very helpful and friendly towards me. I love the workers demeanor that they set out i would definitely come back again!
We went to this location for the first time today. Michael was helpful with our order. The food was excellent. I had the Smashed Brisket Bacon with was delicious. My wife had the chili cheese dog and said it was fantastic. They toast the hot dog bun which is unique. The atmosphere was great and they have 2 TV's in the seating area. We will definitely come back.
Natasha was amazing taking my teens' custom burger order. Great selections of burger add-ons and alot of various side dishes. The hand-made shakes are super good and made with real Haage-Dazs icecream! Everything we had here is super delicious and done right.
I walk in and immediately am greeted by a kind and tall employee, named Michael, who was very welcoming and seemed happy to see another customer walk in. He was happy to briefly chat and made something as simple as getting food seem a lot nicer and friendly. EDIT: The food is as fantastic as I remember. I truly think smashburger hits in a different and amazing way versus any other fast food restaurant. Their burger ingredients feel quality, and their fries are fresh and hot (The burger too of course). I cannot wait to bring my friend over here after a gym day, because this was a fantastic meal (Sorry I took the photo after I ate a little less than half the burger and almost all the fries). I also love their big portions!
Cashier Micheal super amazing. Customer service was top score. Nice environment and super clean. Only been here twice and I enjoyed both dine in.
