The best most trusted car shop in Kentucky, the owner mark smith is the most kind and helpful owner I’ve ever met. The rest of the staff are very kind and inviting. The work they do is 100% trustworthy they will never gouge you or give you something you don’t need to drive prices up. Trustworthy and honorable are the only 2 words I could use to describe this car shop.
Genuinely caring and honest auto shop. I previously went to the Volvo dealership in Louisville where they told me I needed over $2k worth of "work". Fortunately, I discovered Smith Imports. They took the time to check everything thoroughly and reported back that my Volvo had no issues. It's a good reminder that dealerships stay in business by overcharging for "repairs". Even though Smith Imports took the time to look over my vehicle, they didn't charge me. And this was not a walk-in. I had to schedule several days in advance. Great to see an honest shop staying busy and still making time to help without an upsell. Highly recommended.
