My experience here has always been great. Nadia took very good care of my son—she was fast, patient, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. My son usually doesn’t like getting haircuts due to his autism, but here he’s comfortable, happy, and well taken care of. Truly appreciate the service. HAPPY THANKSGIVING
Great experience booking online. We were seen by Nadia right away, she was very quick with my 2 year old. She made sure he was entertained through out the hair cut. We will be back!
I do not recommend this hair salon for your Austic child. Advertises they are specifically trained for your special needs children on website. I was told everyday is a sensory aware day and First Hair cut experience you pay extra for with photo, not! No picture. Shampoo, straight cut, and done! She saw a picture on the wall she wanted her hair styled like. She was told by hair stylist they don't do that and they don't have the products. She left with wet hair, not even de tangled. No picture on the certificate and none taken. We paid 43.00 plus tip for shampoo and cut only. Yes, we tipped, rude not to. It was her first salon haircut. She is 7 years old and Autistic. Our granddaughter put her hands over her ears from the noise of so many kids crying and screaming. I received a call 30 mins prior to her appt from a hair dresser that ask could we come 40 mins later than our appt because they were running behind and if we came at the appointed time she would be waiting a while. We chose the time of day for her mood level. Very important with Austic children. I called back and spoke to the receptionist, she told me that they were overbooked but someone canceled so her appointment was fine. There is a lot of confusion at this location, your expectations may be high or based on the website hype to be disappointed for your child or grandchild. She looks sad and not smiling in the picture her mom took before they left. Stop by before you book, if you can find parking. Warned by the receptionist Liz about that as well.
Liz was amazing for my son’s first haircut at Snip-its! She was super patient with both of us, made him feel comfortable, and gave me helpful tips for future visits. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!
