They were able to get a tech out to our house the same day and within a couple hours of our call to help with a potential gas leak estimate. Isaiah was awesome and the staff that took my call was great too! We have used them in the past and they still have the same great service!

Had a high efficiency furnace installed and old one removed. They did great work and were fast.... but two things they should have told me about, but didn't, and cost me money and time both times: 1) furnace had a built-in/attached dehumidifier... great. They ran a 10ft tube to nowhere and kinked it, after the furnace shut down in the middle of last winter. 2) the installed intake line on the furnace does not use the old duct, so we could have sealed it.... didn't notice 'til someone eventually complained this winter, but its just been dumping outside air straight into basement for nothing. 3/5.

I had Cozy Club with SoCo which provides annual tune-ups as well as free diagnostic calls. After 14 years, it was time to replace the furnace and a/c. Alejandro and Erik were fantastic. They were professional and kept working until the job was done. They even patiently taught me to use the new thermostat. They were the Dream Team. Josh who came on the no heat call was also fantastic. Every person I've dealt with has been great. I highly recommend SoCo

My salesperson Gary did a great walk initial walk-through and assessment for my furnace replacement. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being up-sold anything I didn’t need or want. On the day of replacement my technicians Alejandro and Eric were prompt and very professional. They did an amazing job replacing my 35 year old furnace with a high efficiency model, which could not have been an easy job! They fit the new furnace into the same spot and did a great job on my new external vent as well. They walked me through everything I needed to know about my furnace, filter, and new humidifier before doing paperwork and making payment. Gary even stopped by on install day to check in on Alejandro & Erik and drop off a SoCozy blanket for me, which was a nice touch! I’m a very happy customer and feel confident after this that the cozy club membership will be worth the money. Highly recommend SoCo if you need any heating/cooling work done

Meine wunderbare Erfahrung begann damit, dass Ben mit seinem umfangreichen Wissen über alles rund um Klimaanlagen und Kühlung zu mir nach Hause kam. Ich hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass er mir nichts aufdrängte, was ich nicht brauchte, und dass er mir genau das geben würde, was mein Zuhause brauchte. Als der Installationstermin kam, arbeiteten Kyle und Tyler unermüdlich, ohne Pause, um meinen Auftrag an einem einzigen Tag abzuschließen... Klimaanlage, Heizung und Warmwasserbereiter. Von anderen Firmen wurde mir gesagt, dass es 2–4 Tage dauern würde. Ich bot ihnen mehrfach Essen an, aber sie waren mehr daran interessiert, die Arbeit zu erledigen. Die Arbeit, die sie geleistet haben, war wie ein Rembrandt-Gemälde, absolut schön. Danach kamen Mark und Jordan, die meine Lüftungen, die ekelhaft waren, gereinigt haben. Sie waren super freundlich und wollten nur sicherstellen, dass wir mit der Arbeit, die sie gerade machten, zu 100% zufrieden waren. Wegen eines Missverständnisses, von dem ich glaube, dass es mein Fehler war, stand Phil mit einem breiten Lächeln und einer großartigen Einstellung an meiner Tür, um mein neues Thermostat zu installieren, das die Farbe ändert und zur Wandfarbe passt... Ich hatte vor SoCo vier Kostenvoranschläge und wünschte, ich hätte mir die Zeit mit anderen Firmen gespart... Wenn du nicht SoCo wählst, machst du wohl einen Fehler.
