I have been a customer at this store for circa 20 years, in fact it may even be a little longer. During this time I have bought new pieces of jewelry, had repairs done to my own jewelry, sought appraisals for insurance purposes and had watch straps and batteries replaced. Whatever problem I have presented to Jeffrey he has met the challenge. The owners and the staff are knowledgeable, courteous and polite. The service is exemplary. For the past 4 years each Holiday the designers at South Miami Jewelers have helped create beautiful gold bangles for my granddaughters to wear.
