I’d give it a solid 10/10. Piercer was super friendly, she was very welcoming. Super accommodating, my sister and I got there with an hour left to closing and she was able to take us both. As walk ins! They also take EMT, which was very convenient. If I think of getting another piercing I’m definitely going there again.

Terri was so great! She even made a house call to put my jewelry back in after it was removed for a surgery. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and super accommodating. I went to the shop on Thursday to get my nose piercing swapped out due to a surgery I had on Friday. Terri shortened the plastic insert so it wasn't bothering me, and told me she could come to me on the Monday if I wasn't able to get around post-op. I contacted her and she brought all her supplies to my home today since I'm still recovering and not able to get out of the house. She had recommended minimizing how long the plastic piece was in as there are concerns with it binding to the skin. I am super appreciative she did a house call for me! It was super quick and easy, and so so helpful. Thanks Terri!

I got pierced at the end of August by Terri. She was very professional. I got a nose and conch piercing. Terri answered all my questions and eased my nerves. My piercings are healing really well so far. I followed her after care instructions. Which were straightforward. All jewellery she used was opened right in front of me. Her work area as well as the entire studio in general was very clean and I do like the general vibe of the establishment. I highly recommend Terri and would go to her again.

I’ve been to Terri twice now for piercings and she’s exceeded all expectations. She’s friendly, kind, extremely knowledgeable, offers no judgment and it’s obvious she genuinely cares! She makes sure the jewelry fits perfectly and the placement is exactly where you want it (as long as it’s anatomically okay/safe of course). Definitely recommend!!
