They catered my wedding at Toca Madera winery and they were absolutely amazing!!! Full service catering and the staff was very friendly!! Aaron is wonderful to work with and the food was fantastic!! We emailed back & forth for a while, we did a tasting before hand at their store and the food was amazing! I’d 100% recommend them for your event!! We had buffet style at the wedding. For food we got the butter salad, steak & chicken, cauliflower, mashed potatoes with spinach and mushroom gravy. Everything was seriously fantastic!! 10/10! And for appetizers we got the balsamic flatbread which was like a pizza and it was really good! We also got the butternut squash hummus that came on a cracker, and puff pastry. Amazing!!

We worked with Aaron for our wedding catering, buffet style, in Mariposa. Before we booked him we did a tasting with him and we were hooked. Our spread included apps of meatballs, stuffed mushrooms, and chicken parm spring rolls. Our dinner was brisket, mac and cheese, with cauliflower. Our guests raved about the food. The brisket was tender, the mac and cheese solid, and cauliflower innovative and tasty with citrus and truffle oil. The most valuable thing was how communicative and thorough Aaron was, having a contingency plan of abating hunger with rolls set at the table with salad available. He was thoughtful, clearly experienced in catering big events, and took the time to individualize our experience. If you are in the area he services and you are planning a wedding, I highly suggest Aaron and Southern Hospitality Company or you will be remiss.

Yummy, yummy, outstanding... Oh and did I mention Yummy! We were thrilled to hire Southern Hospitality for our 55th Company party, the ginger sauce on the chicken is sinful, the beef just fell apart it was so succulent! everyone enjoyed full bellies and were happy to indulge with such amazing food. I'm so happy I was able to attend an event all those years ago... Best in the valley!! Thank you, The Donald P Dick Family

Aaron and his crew were absolutely AMAZING when they catered our wedding a couple weeks ago. We got so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Our venue had to cancel on us 3 days before the wedding and he was so understanding and flexible. He was one of the first vendors I spoke with when it happened and definitely put me at ease that we would at least have a caterer! His crew was also pretty awesome with helping us get everything cleaned up afterwards. I’d recommend them 1000x. 😊
