Making an appointment online and being able to see where you are in line is the best when you’re sick! Sitting in a room waiting hours is not fun! I was able to head to the doctor based upon where I was in line! All doctor offices should do this! I also love that I did all my paperwork online as well. I was in and out in under 30 mins.
I had an extremely great experience scheduling and meeting with the care team. I have to say the visit was exceptional. The staff was so nice and kind and wish every care team was so pleasant. My NP was excellent and very kind and gracious. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility.
Definitely 5 STARS! I walked into the clinic without an appointment. They processed me quickly and within 30 minutes I was seeing the Nurse Practitioner. She understood my concerns and discussed a few options. She helped me determine the closest pharmacy. She ordered my prescriptions and they were ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. I don’t like being sick but this was an easy experience!
While it’s never fun to be going to an urgent care due to being sick, this location is the absolute best. I’ve had a couple of experiences with them and they are always so nice and welcoming and take such good care of me. The doctor truly seemed to listen to what I said, how I felt and what was going on. I didn’t feel like a number but an actual patient who mattered. Thank you for that!
A very pleasant experience. The receptionist/tech was very kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner was professional and knowledgeable. She came up with a plan and I was satisfied it was the right one. Lastly, the wait time was not too long. The facility was clean but in the waiting area it was a little too hot. This was my second experience with them and I was satisfied.
