As first-time spa buyers, we decided to go big and purchased a Bullfrog A7D from Southern Leisure as part of our new home build—and the entire experience was outstanding! From the very beginning, Jim guided us through the selection process to make sure we picked the perfect spa for our goals. Since we were in the middle of construction, he also gave us clear direction on everything we needed to prep ahead of time. When delivery day came, the team made it smooth and stress-free. Watching Nathan and Jack maneuver and drop a 900 lb spa perfectly into a concrete vault was nothing short of amazing—seriously impressive teamwork! Throughout the entire process, Westin was always available for questions and made sure every detail was taken care of so setup was seamless to ensure his team met and continues to exceed their standards on customer service! This team is professional, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to work with. They were our first and only choice—and now we know why. If you’re looking for a spa, stop searching and go with Southern Leisure—you won’t regret it!
Just a quick note of thanks to Jim at Southern Leisure for getting us into our new Bullfrog spa! He was very informative, patient and worked with us to ensure the right timing for delivery amidst a deck rebuild project. While the sales / selection process was very pleasant, we have been equally impressed by their responsiveness after the sale. The spa arrived with some rainwater and minor scuff marks in it which wasn't cool. But the delivery guys took pictures and told me someone would come out and do a thorough clean on it. Within hours, someone called and set up a time the next day to come out and not only clean the spa, but answer any questions I had about its operation, chemicals, etc. What an amazing experience - not only from the person who came out (very knowledgeable, polite, patient) but also from the dispatcher who made sure I had a number to call in the future for any questions, concerns, warranty issues, etc. For me, this 'service after the sale' confirms our decision to go with Southern Leisure Spas & Patio. You won't be disappointed.
We have had nothing but the best customer service and purchasing experience with Westin and the team from Southern Leisure. The selection of products was excellent, the sales pitching professional and straightforward, and the installation process streamlined. Even with a hiccup in the installation, service was fast and excellent to right the issue and ensure that everything was perfect. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for a hot tub or swim spa!!!
