This was the second time in the last 12 months, that I used this Bussines. I can only suggest to ANYONE, stop searching and wasting your time, trying to find the best Tyre business around! Without a doubt, they are setting a new standard, Twice I arrived, without any booking, no previous phone calls. I just turned up. Hello, and what can we help you with today. Well, I need a couple of tyres, times are a bit tough at the moment, do you have any reasonable second hand tires! Absolutely, just give us your details and we will call you in a short while, when the vehicle is ready for you! They called before I had time to sit down in the pub for my beer, the car was ready! I got back , to pay my bills and collect my car! The tires looked like new, second hand but virtually new. All wheels were balanced, as I mentioned to them,that I was driving to Cairns next day. The air-conditioning service itself was done well and I was happy with the quality of the work. However, there was an issue when I went to collect my keys — I was given the wrong key, and it took three attempts to finally resolve. While the job itself was good, the handover process definitely needs more care and attention. With better checking at collection, this would have been a much smoother experience.
I had a very bad experience for a very simple issue: By middle of December I had a screw on one the tyres of my car. So I went to fix it. On my arrival, they offered me a second hand, because they would not be able to fix it due to the position of the damage. I accepted, no issues there. But then, a bloke came out and basically broke off one of the four nut threads for poorly using the rattle gun. Also, very bad placement of the jack (despite no apparent damage on the frame). When confronted with the problem, one of the front desk employees told me an option would be to leave the site driving on 3-wheels, or pay to fix the problem they created ( I paid 150$) on a simple second hand tyre purchase, that otherwise having changed the tyre myself with hand tools (as I did when putting the spare after the damage) would have been safer and easier. To prove my claims, a picture of the broken thread on the second hand tyre being installed, the amount I ended up paying in the end, plus two days of work not done because I could not get on site (~600$ missed). I was made fool by poor and untrained crew mistake, and have paid extra for it. I strongly recommend anyone to just go somewhere else and spend a bit more, as in my case, the “budget” got pretty high for such simple issue. Response: The thread wasn’t bad beforehand as you claimed since the spare tyre was removed with no problems. Only when trying to install the second-hand tyre that it broke off. The spare tyre wouldn’t have come off if the thread was bad in the first place. I never saw video recordings as you mentioned, and I can agree to not show up at your place, no problem there.

Recently needed new tyres and a couple of mechanical bits sorted — the team (shoutout to Trev and the crew!) were super honest, checked everything thoroughly, and even advised me I could get away with just two new tyres instead of a full set. Saved me a heap of cash without any pushy sales tactics — that’s rare these days! Service was lightning fast (in and out in under an hour, no booking needed), prices are seriously competitive (they’ll beat any quote), and the work is always top-notch. Friendly, professional, and they genuinely care about getting you back on the road safely and affordably. Whether it’s budget tyres, full servicing, brakes, or alignments — these guys are my go-to every time. Highly recommend to anyone in Southport or the Gold Coast area. Hi wanted to give these guys a massive shout out, walked in to price some tyres for when I need them & ended up asking a few questions re transmission. I had already had alot done upto this stage that had not fixed my issue & struggle with getting feeling lost & like I would never get to the bottom of it. Spending money that I genuinely could not afford again & again. The quote was fantastic & I was really praying everything would finally get sorted. Also they really went above & beyond fitting me in the next day as I had to head out of town. They understood that I would feel safer & easier if my bus Daisy was at her best. Well the outcome was exactly as discussed, the price was exactly as quoted & Daisy is finally running her best yet 🤩. I cannot recommend budget tyres & Auto highly (the boys out tge back at my mechanics too) enough. Cost, customer service, workmanship are amazing & all in a timely manner. So if your looking for a place to take your vehicle do yourself a favour & take it down to these guys you, your car & your wallet will be happy. Thanks heaps guys I'll be back here for sure 🙏
