On reflection, I left feeling really disappointed with my experience here. For the price and expectations, I genuinely thought the facilities would be in proper working order, but that wasn’t the case at all. The reason for my review is that currently I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here until significant improvements are made. There were multiple issues throughout my visit. The whirlpool wasn’t working, no lights and water only coming from the centre. The snow room was completely out of order. Walls in the main pool area looked dirty or cracked, which took away from what should’ve been a relaxing environment. The big sauna and steam room were both far from hot enough but that could be personal preference, and the heated beds in the dark room didn’t work at all. The only space functioning as intended was the small sauna, which was disappointing considering the range of facilities advertised. Even the basics were rather poor, the shower doors didn’t close properly, and there wasn’t anywhere to put personal items such as own shampoo, conditioner etc. inside. Overall, nothing was communicated about certain facilities not working, the facilities weren’t maintained, and the experience fell far short of what I expected from a spa. I really hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests don’t leave feeling the same way.

Disappointing. I booked this as a treat for myself and my daughter and it was definitely not a 5 star experience. Staff were lovely and helpful and the massage was nice, but the spa itself wasn't great. The shower heads in the spa and jets in the pool were all rusted and dirty looking, the shower doors did not close, the snow spa was broken and pouring out water rather than snow (I had been particularly looking forward to the snow spa). For the price, I expected it to be pretty perfect and in truth it was fairly average.

Had a wonderful relaxing day at the Thermal Experience with Afternoon Tea. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Erin who checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The hot drinks and food were all fantastic and came out really quickly whenever we asked. The dryer for swimsuits was really helpful so you didn’t need to take away wet swimwear. Will definitely be back!

I recently visited the spa for the first time, and overall, it was a worthwhile experience. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the facility was clean with a good variety of options. However, there were a few issues that marred the experience. First, the jacuzzi jets kept turning off without any way to switch them back on, which was annoying as I was trying to relax. Additionally, the fountains in the pool were not functioning, and the window in the main sauna was quite dirty. While the spa itself wasn't overly crowded, there was a grown adult screaming for no reason, which was quite frustrating . It would have been helpful if a staff member had reminded guests to be more considerate of others. Despite these issues, I still enjoyed my time at the spa and hope they can address these concerns in the future.

Oh, this place is absolutely amazing. The spa is incredible with so many different spaces with different health benefits. My favourites were the lemongrass steam room and the snow room!! There were two different sized, extremely hot saunas, a salt room and a tepidarium. There was a pool with string different jets and a dark pool at the end with a surprise!!! That dark pool needs a railing! Just incredible. Loved the whole experience. We had room service and breakfast both of which were delicious and the staff were so accommodating, helpful and friendly. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Can't wait to come back. Any chance of a family spa day?!!!
