I had a mom-to-be massage which was relaxing and the room setting was very nice! I left feeling so chill and relaxed. Then I had an espresso body scrub and facial with Anny which was beyond wonderful! She is so kind and so sweet, very attentive and kept checking in on my comfort throughout the treatment. My skin and my face have never felt so lush and glowy before. It feels like a reset! I would highly recommend!
I had the Thai Fusion Massage and it was fabulous! Carol was amazing! Combining stretches to the massage is a phenomenal idea. What made my experience so incredible was that I had the place all to myself; it was a slow mid-week time. They say it is busy on weekends and I can't imagine sharing the small facilities with more than one or two others. There is only one shower, and one washroom to change in. It is a co-ed facility, so if you are not comfortable being with strangers, albeit with the opposite sex, then this place may not be for you. I went early and enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room beforehand. It was the perfect hot temperature and scented beautifully with eucalyptus. They offered me tea/coffee before and after my treatment. I would come for the Thai Fusion Massage again, it is totally worth it.
Treatments were wonderful - 5 star for those! I received a deep tissue massage, scrub & wrap, and an amazing facial. The treatments were very professional and luxurious! I'm reducing by 1 star for the facilities. There is only 1 shower and bathroom (which is also the only change room) for the shared space (as noted on the website) which is fine, until there's 7 people all let out of their treatments or starting treatments at the same time. The shower head is also quite old & weak and needs to be replaced, a simple upgrade I think should happen to create a better experience!
I had the most thorough and relaxing facial today from Asunciom. She customized my facial to meet my skin's needs at the time. No generic script. The products she used were amazing in and my skin now feels soft and clean. Asuncion has many years of professional expertise and she is now my Facialist. Highly recommend.
Absolutely phenomenal space, team and overall ambience. I booked my wife treatments for her 40th and the entire experience was top notch. I highly recommend this place as it's not pretentious but very high level similar to our experiences at the Ritz Carlton spa in Toronto.
