We enjoyed two delightful massages from a very kind gentleman. Very attentive to personal boundaries and giving an effective treatment. Insurance receipts available. Price is also very reasonable compared to anywhere else. Merci nos amis!

This Hotel is a real gem, I highly recommend it to anyone that's looking for a real peaceful, serene getaway....at an amazing price. The hotel room is very large, bright, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy a real comfy, relaxing and hassle-free stay. A couple of specifics about the room is that: 1) they have excellent showers with amazing water pressure and the water can be adjusted to exactly the amount of heat that you wish = great shoulders and neck massage; 2) they have their own line of specialty pillows - also available for sale for a convenient price- which are specifically designed to meet your sleep position..I.e. stomach, back, right or left side; 3) the hotel is very quiet and safe and at the same time conveniently located in a short walking distance from various restaurants and even a convenient store. The Staff Girls are all so sweet, friendly and sincerely eager to help all the time. The Spa is most definitely a must during your stay. I cannot say enough nice things about my experiences. I had a Shellac Manicure and Pedicure done, along with a Facial Wax and Facial. I had the pleasure of Marie and Stephanie helping me, both of whom I felt like I knew forever....it was so easy to chat and giggle with them...a real nice time. You definitely have to ask for Stephanie's "Special" if you want to have the best facial pampering experience of your lifetime....plus she's got some special tricks up her sleeves when it comes to making your pedicure even more relaxing. 😉 I can't wait to visite again, thanks!

We had a great experience for a couple's massage and I highly recommend! I chose Spa du Littoral as it had great reviews and it is really true! I will be definately returning the next time I am in Quebec city!

I specifically booked this at this Spa hotel based on the reviews and the proximity to downtown Quebec city. I planned a quick get away for my birthday on Monday, we arrived early Sunday afternoon to check in. I was really excited to begin my stay, we went to the check in desk there was a couple in front us, I was really impressed by the explanation of the property and the surroundings and even the massage options. Then came my turn to check....the receptionist answered the phone and proceeded to book a reservation that took about 5 minutes zero acknowledgment we were standing there. Finally she gets off the phone and ask can i help (more like what the hell do I want) I gave her my confirmation and she took out the keys and registration card and asked how are we going to pay? my boyfriend paid and she gave us the keys and said the room number. ZERO mention of the surroundings the breakfast nothing I asked her about breakfast because I did book a room that included breakfast according to my booking she looks up and says its a waffle bar and its 12 and she looked back down at her screen. I decided I would try later hopefully a different clerk will be working, I had 1 more question I wanted to book a massage and considering the lengthy explanation she had given the previous guest I was hoping for the same. Boy was I wrong! she looked up again and she she said we have no room and looked back down.....ok so now massage no breakfast ok kool. Now we get to the room DISGUSTING!!!!! carpets !!! they were stained the room reeked of mold I have allergies there was ZERO chance I would sleep there. I went back to the desk and asked to change room she grudgingly checked and said she only had a room with 2 beds because they had no queens left. Ok fine the room was much better we stayed the night checked out the next morning and then I get the bill from the hotel by email, they charged me $23 on my credit card. Called the hotel she told me that there was a fee because I upgraded my room which I did not, I simply asked for a room without carpets. She did not advise me that there was a charge or this was upgrade (I've worked at the front desk before this was not an upgrade ) after I explained 3 times the woman on the phone asked me what do I want from them. Terrible service the staff is soooo rude and I am fluently bilingual so it was no a language issue. Please do not waste your money at this property. If your looking for a quick relaxing getaway. If I could give less than 1 star I would. My biggest issue is how unfriendly the staff is the customer service is TERRIBLE.

Wir kommen hier einmal im Jahr her, und jedes Mal ist es genauso erstaunlich wie beim letzten Mal, wenn nicht besser! Das Spa ist wunderbar, das Personal ist warmherzig und freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und komfortabel. Die Betten sind weich und das Bett ist bequem. Und der Preis ist unschlagbar für ein Hotel, nur 5 Minuten von der Altstadt und all den Attraktionen entfernt! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Aufzug wirklich veraltet ist... eher ein Serviceaufzug als einer für die Öffentlichkeit. Man muss unbedingt ihre Mocaccinos probieren! Erstaunlich.
