My new favorite place for relaxation in San Diego! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Spa Kingston. Maureen Malone gave me a prenatal massage last year and truly she has the softest hands in the world, delightful, so calming and perfectly attuned to what a pregnant body needs. I ended up purchasing the monthly membership and got a free facial (birthday special). Yesterday I went again for a massage postpartum and Eric worked on my very sore neck and shoulder muscles and did an incredible job. He was knowledgeable, precise, and intentional in his approach, relieving tension related to my trigeminocervical nerve which significantly improved my migraine and I feel much better now.
The service and experience here is truly like no other. After my first appointment I was completely sold and became a member. It’s my special monthly treat where I get a glass champagne, an amazing massage and a delicious chocolate. I highly recommend this place. Ali and both Maureen’s are fantastic! Had my first facial with Kirsten and my skin is glowing.
I started going to Spa Kingston when I was pregnant and it was the best decision! Their prenatal massages are EXCELLENT. I felt pampered, was able to relax, and had a fabulous massage. I have since continued going because the price is right and the massage is excellent. Eric is wonderful and listens to you and adjusts as needed. I highly recommend that everyone goes because it is the best deal and the best service!
Had an amazing experience here. The space is calm, relaxing, and super inviting, and the whole team was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Mick did my facial and absolutely nailed it, and Makayla was there proctoring. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. My skin was glowing when I left and I felt so refreshed. I will definitely be coming back!

The facial was so refreshing, and my skin felt incredibly clean and glowing afterward. I loved that you get to choose your scent when you walk in — such a thoughtful, personal touch that makes the whole experience feel even more relaxing. Makayla explained each step of the process and customized everything to my skin type, which I really appreciated. The spa itself is beautiful, calm, and smells amazing — the perfect escape for some self-care. I can’t wait to come back and book with Makayla again!
