I cannot say enough good things about Sparkle Grooming! I take my Bernedoodle, Luffy, here and I absolutely love the service we’ve received every single time. Kortni is truly amazing, she is so patient, kind, and gentle with Luffy, which means the world to me. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. She always does a phenomenal job and Luffy comes back looking great and happy.

I wanted to love this place. The concept is nice. The membership pricing is nice but doesn't work if they are too busy for you to get in to use the full grooming you're paying for. I always select no preference of groomer and the first groomer didn't do a even good job on the haircut. The 2nd time just a bath but the fragrance of the soap I couldn't be around my doggo for the rest of the day because of allergies. 3rd appointment which was the final straw, my husband was told "oh we don't have time to do a haircut" why didn't you mention that when I called before the appointment? Treated like we're not paying customers. Plus he informed I have a allergy to fragrance and asked no perfume. My dog which I expected fully groomed, came out no haircut and smelling like a fragrance so another day I don't get to cuddle with her. In talking to the manager(who was nice, respectful and working within what she can do) it seems like I would have to pay extra for fragrance free and want to inconvenience me to come back (when I'm disabled and already was having trouble with scheduling to get my dog in) to wash her again and another day for the manager to groom her. So it's ok to take people's money and then have the paying customer bend over backwards to get their dog in to be groomed and pay extra due to allergies. It's not worth it and the audacity to still want to be take my money for half ass service that made me sick.

I have been taking my goldendoodle to Sparkle for almost a year now, and I’ve been very pleased with their services! Kortni is amazing with my dog and always Gives him the best haircuts… Her goal is to please and she does an excellent job. Doc Always comes home looking and smelling so good and he never seems stressed out From getting his haircut and bath. Sparkle is always accommodating to making scheduling easy and helping your dog to feel comfortable while being there! You can tell they are all dog lovers By the way they treat them! I would highly recommend Sparkle to anybody! Thank you for your good work and love for dogs!

Great place to take your dog for some pampering. The staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. Our.112 lbs Newfoundland, Freya, loves her groomer, Shayla. We bring Freya in for grooming every month and it’s adorable to see how excited they are to see each other.. As a giant breed with layers of thick fur, it takes a lot of energy, patience and a good sense of humor, to get through a grooming session with Freya. Fortunately, Shayla has all 3 of these characteristics. She does an excellent job grooming our big baby. Her fur always smells so nice and clean, and is soft as silk. Our highlight of grooming day is Shayla giving us an account of Freya’s mischievousness during her bath.

Our Pomsky has been coming to Sparkle for about year. During that time we’ve had great appointments with a few of their groomers, but once he met Mackenzie he fell in love! Since then we’ve continued to work with her and have received consistent and quality service. Very grateful to find a team we trust to care for our little guy.
