First visit for my anxious furry labradoodle and Rachael was amazing. Such care and attention and very skilled. Will look forward to being a regular customer. Highly recommend Update Second visit today and Rachael continues to amaze me. Luna has had a history of being anxious and other groomers have wanted her to be medicated or did not want her to return. She was not this stressed out until she was about 2 and I am not sure what triggered it.our original groomer moved away and the next time we took her, they called and said she was too anxious, indicating she would need to be medicated. For Luna, that didn’t seem to help.Rachael indicated she would prefer Luna not be medicated. I swear she is a dog whisperer.Luna started out nervous today but by the end of the groom was calm, cooperative and so pretty too! Thank you Rachael for treating her with such care and helping her have such a better experience.

The name of the business days it all! Racheal has great energy, her shop and yard is set up so nicely my dogs acted like I took them to a play date instead of the dreaded grooming sessions. She helped even my most “scared feelings” dog tolerate her nail trim. Usually Zoe has to be sedated for any type of grooming, but not with Racheal. I decided to take a chance and no Trazodone required. Racheal is patient, a skilled groomer, takes time to greet your dogs and let them read the room. I highly recommend Special Care Grooming!
