We tend to stay away because every single time, it seems like the workers don't want to do anything. However, this location was fantastic!! They were eager to work and get stuff done. Fixed our tire and found the couple leaks we had been trying to find and hadn't been able to locate. Eager workers and made the experience fun (which is hard to do with repairs). Thank you guys so much!!
Every loves/subway location across this great nation we call the U.S.A; should strive to acquire a Miguel type of individual to add on to their team. His energy, charisma, commitment and positive attitude creates a involuntarily and subconscious acknowledgement of the positive shopping/traveling interaction would not have been possible if Miguel had not been in the equation. An asset; is what his customer service skills are to the company.
I went in to ask if I could buy a part and they shut me down right away saying they only install parts so I have to get in line. But I see in the the website that they do so what do I do .
Had a guy (Robert) do some warranty work. Very professional, very friendly. Done in about 15 minutes. Expect prompt professional service if they aren't swamped with work.
I have a flat tire on a trailer I picked up this morning it's 6 pm now. I called them like 11 am this morning they finally showed up jacked up the trailer to change the tire and they don't have the right socket to fit the lug nuts, the dude loaded up his tools said he'd be back in 15 minutes that was 1 pm. Some guy calls me at 5:30 pm 3 hours after the guy left, demanding a EFS check before they could come back out and fix my tire. Most pathetic customer service I've ever seen, if I treated customers like this I'd be broke. I guess they just don't give a shit, take it or leave it. Worst place in 48 states I've had to deal with. If you have tire issues go somewhere else that know how to value their customers time. I've wasted my whole day waiting for these clowns
