I've never been through a worse car wash. The older guy was so unhelpful.
I liked this car wash since it was brushless but I rather go to the competition down the street from now on just to avoid the bald attendant. That guy got mad at me once for not tipping and he now got mad at me for trying to tip in coins! He returned them to me and said "You never tip in coins!" A little funny since there's a huge sign that says "Tips appreciated" 😂
Absolute worst car wash ever. I wouldn’t even bother to review one generally but this was just unacceptable, especially after paying for the most expensive wash.
I’ve come to this car wash many times but every single time I see the older gentleman attendant there, I just know it’s not going to be a good experience. He has a terrible attitude. When I asked if the vacuums were working he said “don’t use them because it’s windy”. Not sure why wind would have anything to do with them functioning or not, but ok. I told him I would use them anyway. I exit the car wash to use the vacuum only to find the machine is turned off. I knocked at his door and let him know it wasn’t working. He said “you have to press the button”. I let him know I did that and it didn’t work. He proceeded to ask me for a quarter because “that’s the only way the vacuum will work” although there’s a huge sign stating vacuums for free with the purchase of a car wash. I let him know I didn’t have a quarter. He walked around for about 7 minutes before I literally watched him turn on the machine and then say “ok it works”. I understand having bad days but this guy has no professionalism at all. He’s been at this car wash for years and every single time I go, and he’s there, it’s a bad experience.
The worst car wash in El Paso. This guy was so rude and unprofessional. It was an unpleasant experience. He was so angry for no reason. He had no customer service ethic or any respect for his clients whatsoever. Very sad you guys hire people like this.
