We attended a birthday celebration at Splitsville Burlington Bowl last week, and it was an absolute blast! The bowling lanes are top-notch and fun for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a pro. The latest arcade games and VR experiences kept both kids and adults entertained throughout the party. The food was a hit too — pizzas, chicken wings, sliders, slushies, and beers were all delicious and perfect for sharing. What really stood out was the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure everything ran smoothly. From start to finish, it was a memorable experience, and I’d highly recommend Splitsville to anyone looking for a fun, lively, and family-friendly spot for celebrations or a casual night out!

We visited Splitsville Burlington yesterday with a 6:00 pm reservation and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our reservation was not honored. Several walk-ins were placed on lanes before us, even though we had booked ahead. When staff eventually told us to go to lane 16, another family was already using it. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to fix the situation or make it right. Oh we will give you an extra 10 minutes .. really? We were left standing there confused while others were assisted ahead of us. As a family of colour It is difficult not to question whether bias played a role when our reservation was overlooked while walk-ins were accommodated first. We came to enjoy a family night out and instead left frustrated and disappointed. Basic customer service like honoring reservations, communicating clearly and acknowledging mistakes was completely lacking. We will not be returning

Beautiful place, spacious and clean. Nice bar area where I stayed with my group of parents while our kids were bowling. We rented a VIP lane which has a more private and comfortable seating.

Save Your Money—This Place Isn’t Worth It I’ve been to plenty of bowling alleys and arcades, but Splitsville Burlington Arcade was a total letdown. Booking was a mess—the trainee on the phone had no clue and kept putting me on hold. Even the senior staff didn’t help; they gave me wrong info and sold me an arcade card that couldn’t be used for pool. That’s basic stuff. Once there, things didn’t get better. Chipped pool balls, worn-out bowling gear, and zero service at the bar. We had to hunt someone down every time we wanted to order. Flat beer, no nachos, no tortillas—how does an arcade run out of snacks? I paid extra for a “VIP” lane, and the only difference was a colored light. Nothing special. Dropped $300–$400 and felt completely ripped off. They promised something special for my son’s birthday—didn’t happen. Half the menu wasn’t even available. Skip this place. There are better spots that actually deliver what they promise.

What a fun place to hang out. Reasonably prized. Food are tasty esp the pizza and nachos. Aside from bowling, they have some arcade, billiards and darts too. Great place yo hang out with friends, family even with younger kids as they have a bumper to avoid getting the ball to the canal. Free parking. Washrooms are clean. The staffs are super helpful, friendly and attentive.
