I had a great experience at Sports Basement as a new snowboarder. I purchased the Ride Shadow Ban board, Burton Step On boots (Highshot X), Step On bindings, and the Dakine Heli Pro 24L backpack. I’m new to snowboarding, and the staff took the time to understand my skill level and needs. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me choose gear that made sense for me rather than just pushing expensive items. All the products they recommended are very well reviewed, and after using them, I’m extremely happy with how everything performs. The recommendations were spot on, and I feel confident with my setup. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth buying experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. The staffs were are the kindest and most polite people that I met

I had an excellent experience at Sports Basement Stonestown. The saleswoman who helped me was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in getting things right rather than rushing a sale. She walked me through options clearly, answered detailed questions, and helped me make smart decisions that actually saved me a significant amount of money. Between promotions and good guidance, I saved roughly $180, which felt great without sacrificing quality. I decided to purchase the Aventon Aventure M from a dealer closest to me. That turned out to be SportsBasement in StonesTown. Everyone at SportsBasement are extremely helpful & friendly but I have to placed a special order on the M since that’s not a stock item. When you pay $25 one time fees becomes a lifetime member, and you’ll get 10% discount on everything. That turned out around $300 saving on my M purchase. I was treated liked a VIP by Gabriel, Dorothy, Yann & Brian when I picked up the M, they did a fantastic job on assembling & installed all the extra accessories for me. They deserve 5 Stars Rating all the way! I highly recommend SportsBasement for all your outdoor needs 👍👍👍👍👍

I’ve purchased an E-bike . The bike dept rep was very knowledgeable to presents me the right merchant that fit my need. The bike dept register also provided great customer services that help the sales transaction completed smoothly

First, I was looking to purchase an e-bike and Casey in the bike department was very helpful in answering my many questions and getting me set up for a test ride. He even stayed after his quitting time without complaining. I noticed that he was also helping other customers if there wasn't anyone else in the bike area to help them, yet he didn't miss a beat in helping me and answering my questions. I ended up having to return the next day. When I did, Casey helped me, again, and got me all set up. He even helped me get the e-bike into the car! He showed me how to take the front wheel off and ran back inside to get a spacer for the brakes so I wouldn't have problems later. Excellent, 5-star customer service! Secondly, I was looking for a dry bag and there wasn't anyone in the camping department to ask, so I went over to the ski department where Poli was behind the rental counter getting ready to leave. He helped me find the right size and type of dry bag anyway. Excellent customer service. Good job, Sports Basement Stonestown! You have some excellent employees working for you!
