I was eating lunch at 5 Guys nearby when i had some extra time. I had never been to a Sprouts before and I decided to check it out. I was greeted immediately upon entrance and I decided to walk around. I am a big chocolate guy and i saw HU chocolate bars were buy one get one free, being in dessert mode after lunch, i immediately put 6 in my hands. I started slowly adding to my hands as i walked throughout the store. the produce was fresh and i ended up finding a basket by the frozen department. An employee helped me find a "Sweetest Batch" blueberries and told me how they pick them. I ended up purchasing more than i came in for. Thank you to the produce employee who helped me. Will be back in the future! They asked me to do a survey as i exited which i happily obliged!
Can't recommend the meat dept workers constantly leave the meat department unattended. I started going to trader Joe's to engage with a vary enthusiastic and helpful meat department. The phone operators extoll they are helpless. Very self putting attitude. Don't go here
As soon as I approached the checkout counter, these two women came at me from both sides, speaking in a strict manner. They called me, a young woman, “ma’am” — I kept silent. First of all, one of them, the one with the bob haircut, rudely told me where to put my groceries, even though I hadn’t even started scanning them yet — my items were still in the cart. The other one came up and started yelling, “Are you shopping for delivery or for yourself?” I look well-groomed — I’m not a delivery worker. I was buying groceries for myself, divided into three parts, because that’s simply more convenient for me. I’m shocked by how rude these employees were. This happened today, at 8:05 p.m., November 7, 2025. If they’re unhappy with their job, they should stay home instead of lashing out at customers. I won’t allow anyone to treat me disrespectfully. They were literally being rude and aggressive toward me. One of them even turned away when I started taking a photo of her. And where was the friendly greeting or goodbye? There wasn’t any. Please review the security footage and listen to how they spoke to me.
This is a nice store to shop at and near where the new Costco will be, by Trader Joe’s. The staff are friendly and they sell a lot of good food, including the items on sale.
I had an amazing experience at the deli counter over the weekend! Yosh is incredible—he makes truly next-level sandwiches. What really impressed me was his generosity and his constant smile with samples; he offered me turkey I’d never tried before, and it was so good that I ended up buying a full pound of smoked turkey—even though I normally don’t eat turkey! The flavors were rich, fresh, and unlike anything I’ve had elsewhere. If you love deli sandwiches or just want to try something new, this place is a must-visit. Strictly have Yosh make your sandwich, ask for it (toasted game changer)
