We had wanted to update our kitchen and living room for years but it felt like such a big project it was hard to know where to start. But Spruced made it easy, understanding our vision, goals, and budget and offering options to help us achieve them. The attention to detail from both the design and construction teams was great; they asked our preference on things I wouldn't have even thought of. And when we had change orders, they worked with us to come up with solutions. When issues came up, they made them right. The result is a kitchen that's much more functional and spaces that look and feel brighter and more like us. I'd definitely reach out to them again with future needs.

I’m working on a master bathroom reno with SPRUCED Interior Design, and it’s been a great experience! Elana came by for a free consultation and estimate, and I could tell right away she knew her stuff. I worked with Bre on the design, and she really listened to what I wanted and had some awesome ideas to fit my budget. Mallory helped me with a schedule and the whole process has been super smooth. They’ve been on top of every detail. I’m so happy with how it’s all turning out that I’m already planning to bring them back for more projects around the house!
We've used SPRUCED twice - once last year for a living room project and we just finished having both our bathrooms remodeled. I was impressed last year with them and decided to use them again but this experience has been disappointing (even though the design was good). Our items were not inspected by them before we had the material delivered, causing a delay in completing the project after finding broken lighting which was annoying and made us have to inspect everything thoroughly. Additionally, we loved our project manager Michele, but we were reassigned managers and since that point we can only reach office assistants where it used to be easy to reach our POC. The biggest issue I had that rubbed me the wrong way was the pricing, we needed a couple of boxes of tiles due to defective tiles / not having enough tile to complete the remodel (even though we decided to make the shower smaller than their design), which they then tried to get us to pay a 300% markup just for ordering tiles that we could pick up locally (I'm not sure if these issues are just due to staffing changes, or if since we've paid in full that now the customer service isn't necessary, but either way the responses I received were disappointing especially with the quality of the tiles received - there was zero attempt to rectify the situation other than make us pay 300%) when their whole pitch was that they bought the materials / furniture at wholesale prices, we paid standard prices and they get to keep the difference which feels deceptive in hindsight. Following this project, I wouldn't recommend them any further.
