It was a great honour to be leased and looked after by square real estate specifically grace hu and Juliette! They leased us and trusted us with the home even though we were first time tenants which we continued to live in for 3 years straight. As a buyer, Grace was easy to work with and was extremely quick at responding to any questions, and organising an inspection. After buying the property we took on Grace as the property manager until the tenant's lease is up. As a first time landlord Grace provided me with all the info I needed to simplify the process, and has been fantastic at organising inspections with the tenant so that we could measure the property. She is very quick at responding to all my questions, seemingly at any time on any day!
