It’s been just over a year since my daughter began taking piano lessons at SPSM, and I couldn’t be happier! She has improved tremendously and truly enjoys playing. Her teachers, Pat and Bitna, are experienced, kind, and patient—especially given that my daughter had no prior piano experience. Rick, the owner, has also been incredibly helpful and excellent at communicating with me throughout our time here. SPSM is a great place to start your children if they are interested in learning piano!
As a musician for many years I Decided to take some singing lessons and it was a great eye opener; Pricsilla(my singing teacher) really made me realize I can learn new things that I never thought about. Now I feel more confident I can develop my singing skills and made me feel optimistic about singing.
I’ve been working with Rick for a few months now, and he immediately made it easy to settle in. He’s a great guitarist with tons of knowledge, and I really enjoy chatting about different guitarists and bands with him. It’s always a relaxed, enjoyable experience.
After many years of not singing, I decided to reach out to a tutor that accepted adult students to refresh my skills (and teach me new ones) and thought Saint Paul School of Music would be a good choice for how close to home it was and its excellent reviews. I have been taking vocal lessons with Priscilla for four months as of this review and I am so happy I reached out! She is patient and accommodating and I look forward to continuing my lessons and improving my rhythm and confidence.
My son takes piano lessons with Priscilla and he has loved his experience. She is fun and make learning a no-pressure, learn at your own pace experience. My son enjoys her friendly and fun approach. We also love Saint Paul School of Music - it's a warm community full of people who are having a blast learning music. My son and our family like that they have recitals and it's so fun to see both kids and adults at the recitals.
