I started taking classes at STC a few months ago with no boxing experience and have since been blown away by the way in which Brad and Danielle foster such a kind and supportive environment. I was shy and nervous about joining a boxing club. But STC is more than that. Brad and Danielle are really wonderful coaches— certified on top of it! They are passionate devotees to their sport and incredibly kind. Since I joined, I have more energy than ever before, have regained some muscle, am improving my agility and coordination— and most of all, am meeting members of a community I never knew existed so close to where I live. Brad and Danielle create an extremely welcoming atmosphere and are truly knowledgeable trainers. We have enjoyed both private and group training at STC Boxing & Fitness. I've gained so much confidence, skill, and fitness since joining. The equipment is always clean and the space is inviting. What sets STC apart is that it's not a generic "boxing class" with loud music—here, the focus is on authentic boxing technique more than just fitness. Having tried a few places, this is absolutely the best one. I highly recommend STC to anyone looking to get fit or genuinely learn boxing!
