I took my Subaru here for an internal and external detail and was super happy with the results! They managed to get almost every trace of dog hair removed which I didn't think was possible, and my car looked new inside and out. I also appreciated the transparency in pricing and being able to book online. Overall it was a great experience.
I saw the previous 1-star review regarding wet seats, but several coworkers recommended Steam Clean so I decided to check it out--and it was amazing! I think I understand the other reviewer's confusion: SteamClean (a husband-and-wife team) works from a facility that isn't set up for heated ventilation. After a two-hour deep-clean ($192 after tax - the least I've ever had to pay for this level of work), drying out the interior of the vehicle takes time. Either you can have your car sit outside the shop with the windows open for another two hours, or follow the shop's recommendations: take the vehicle home (they wrap the seats in plastic so the drive is fine) and let it open-air out there, or run the heat for an hour with the windows cracked. It was raining today, and since I work out of Edina I chose the latter option--and had no issues. Rayon and his wife answered all of my questions and clearly take pride in the work they do. Excellent value, beautiful result, and a local family that loves their job - what's not to like? The car looks great and I feel great supporting human beings instead of soulless franchises. Give Rayon a call!
Had my car detailed here and they did a fine job from top to bottom. Paint’s shinin like new, seats look clean, and they even got all the dust out of the vents. The crew worked quick, paid attention to the little things, and didn’t miss a spot. Price was fair for the work they done, and the car smells fresh again. Feels good drivin a clean ride, I’ll be bringin it back here next time it needs a good shine.
