Met Kevin - the assistant manager.. he’s extremely customer service oriented and cares about the people he’s helping. I’m currently in a tight financial situation with a water leak and he threw me a bone and helped me remove my amps and dynomat that was covering a drain plug at a discounted cost. Will be a regular customer with them moving forward. Highly recommend!

I was referred to stereo city pros and I was so happy with my service. Rick the manager really paid attention to what I was asking and he delivered. My truck has the best sounds in it and it was exactly what I was looking for. He has the best customer service. I’m truly happy. This place did an absolutely fantastic job on my new radio for my little sports car! They costed me $500 less than every other place that I called for a quote and I was able to keep all of the features that I wanted including my original wheel volume controls. They had all of my parts in stock so there was no need to wait for a long appointment far away. Also all other places told me my car would take all day to install and the owner had it done for me in only two hours. The installers were very kind showed me all of the features and helped me pair my phone to the Bluetooth. They also offer a warranty of a year on the products they sell, a lifetime on the installation, and the owner is a very kind knowledgeable man who was great at explaining which option would work best for me!

If I could give a sixth start I absolutely would! I came in because I needed some amp cable, and Sean was more than accommodating. After he made conversation with me he discovered I was wiring up a sub in my girlfriend’s car. I had a question about wear I should tap into for the remote wire. I gave him the year, make and model of her car and within 30 seconds he came back to the front desk with pictures and also a couple connectors to give me (for free might I add) to finish the job. These guys are wonderful people, and they know what they are talking about. It is an exemplary business, which treats its people right, regardless of the dollar amount being spent there. I would recommend them to anyone.
