Front staff is super nice, friendly and helpful. The vet techs were friendly and great with my dogs (even my big, stinky old one). But the gem of this practice is Doctor Paulden. She is hands down the best veterinarian there is. She genuinely cares for the animals she sees and that's evident in the time she spends and the care the animals receive. She is very thorough with her exams, even got down on the ground to check my old dog's arthritic hips/knees. Answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed and was so genuinely nice. I know my animals are in good hands when I bring them here. Thank you!!
The service was excellent. The veterinary technician and the doctor were kind and explained everything thoroughly. I especially appreciated that they didn't push a bunch of procedures like some other practices do. The doctor recommended a blood test for my dog, which I agree is needed, but there was no pressure. They were gentle and patient with my senior, blind dog. Thank you.
I took my Alaskan Malamute, Hunter, to Stiern Vet Hospital, and it was a great experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very informative. We were checked in and seen right away with zero wait time. This was Hunter’s first visit, and he came in for a full checkup, shots, blood work, and a physical exam. The staff answered all of my questions thoroughly and with care. Dr. Paulden was amazing — she recommended the best treatment plan to help get Hunter’s back legs moving better. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and care we received. I’ll definitely be bringing my pets here for all future visits!
My son referred us because he brought his dog patches to Stiern vet and since my vet retired and closed down we were on board for giving them a try. They were very nice and very caring with my cats . The staff is fun and very friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better first time welcome and my cats seem to be at ease . I was vey happy with the experience and hav found our new home for the care of my babies ❤️
They got me an appointment soon the front lady Kylee was so helpful she answered all my questions, I was in and out. My cat is having over grooming issues, The vet wants me to change her diet and see if we could figure out and fix the issue before we go farther into treatment, they checked her health and said everything looks good… I paid $65 for the visit.
